All documents should be filled in properly and contain all relevant information.
EU Buyers
Option 1
- CMR, signed and stamped by the buyer in box 24. (copy)
- Statement of Receipt (please see link to document below)
Option 2
- CMR signed and stamped by the buyer in box 24. (copy)
- Transport Invoice
- Proof of payment of the transport invoice
Option 3 (Parcel services)
- Parcel Label
- Transport Invoice
- Tracking
- Proof of Delivery (signed)
Self-collection
In case that the goods have been picked up by buyer's own means, the following documents will need to be provided:
- Statement of Receipt (please see link to document below)
Non - EU Buyers
- Export documents : EX1 and Exit Certificate
