EU Buyers
Option 1
- CMR, signed and stamped by the buyer in box 24.
- Transport Invoice
- Proof of payment for Transport Invoice (Banking document)
- OR Entry Certificate (this document can be requested to customer-service-2@surplex.com)
ATTANTION: Please send the ORIGINAL CMR or original Entry Certificate to:

Self-collection
The sale of items to self-collectors is taxable. Deposit cannot be refunded, and the original invoice will be turned into VAT invoice.
Non - EU Buyers
- Export documents : EX1 and Exit Certificate (send by E-Mail to customer-service-2@surplex.com)
