Once you have made the payment, you will receive a detailed invoice, and on the same invoice you can find the details of the pick-up.
Where can I find the pick-up address and contact details?
On the last page of your invoice, you will find:
- Reference : In this column you will find the lot number for each item purchased. It is important that you provide this reference on the day of pick-up.
- Pick-up day(s) : This column will show the available pick-up day(s) as well as the general schedule. A contact to coordinate pickup will also appear (if any). This contact may be either a Surplex agent or the seller's contact, depending on the type of auction.
- Description: In this column, a short description of the lot(s) purchased will appear.
- Pick-up location: This column will contain the complete address of the pick-up location.
