Through a transporter or courier of your choice
Of course, you can choose to have a transporter or courier of your choice pick up the goods. The pickup is scheduled on the date and time specified in the lot description.
Make sure to inform the responsible contact named on your invoice that a courier will pick up your goods by sending an email with a copy of the reservation document you receive from the courier.
Please make sure to check the delivery terms of the respective lot in advance:
- If stated as “loaded on truck,” the goods will be loaded on-site.
- If stated as “Ex foundation-unpackaged,” the goods are handed over unpacked, and you are responsible for packaging and loading.
Ensure that the courier has the following documents:
- The invoice as proof of payment (paper or digital version). You will automatically receive the invoice by email after we have received your payment.
Please note that Surplex does not offer a transport service. If you have purchased a lot, you are responsible for organizing the transport yourself through a carrier or courier of your choice.
