How to pay for won auction items

Once you have successfully won an item in an auction, you can complete your payment through your Surplex account by following the steps below.

 

Step 1: Review items

  1. Navigate to Account → Purchases.
  1. Your purchased items are grouped by delivery type and country.
  2. Select the relevant group to proceed.
  3. Choose the lots you wish to pay for and click Pay now.

    Note: Due to country-specific regulations, certain lots may need to be paid for separately.

Step 2: Confirm your details

  1. Review your billing information and delivery address.
  2. Ensure that your billing details match your VIES registration, if applicable.
  3. If updates are required, click Change address.
  4. VAT will be calculated automatically based on the provided information.
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions. Click Continue to payment

Step 3: Finish and pay

Select your preferred payment method:

  • Bank Transfer: Choose this option if you require an invoice before making payment.
  • Online Payment Methods: Immediate payment via options such as iDEAL, Bancontact, or Przelewy24.

    Important: All payments must be made in euros.
    After completing the payment, your invoice will be generated and made available in your account.

Step 4: After Payment

  • An invoice is automatically generated once payment is completed.
  • A copy of the invoice is sent to your registered email address.
  • You may also access the invoice directly from your account.

Access Your Invoices
To view or download your invoices at any time: Navigate to: Account → Invoices
From this section, you can review and download all completed invoices.
