EU Buyers
Option 1
- CMR, signed and stamped by the buyer in box 24. (copy)
- Transport Invoice
- Bank transfer
Option 2
- CMR signed and stamped by the buyer in box 24. (copy)
- Transport Invoice
- Entry Certificate (this document can be requested to customer-service-2@surplex.com )
Option 3 (Parcel services)
- Parcel Label
- Transport Invoice
- Tracking
- Proof of Delivery (signed)
Self-collection
The sale of items to self-collectors is taxable. Deposit cannot be refunded, and the original invoice will be turned into VAT invoice.
Non - EU Buyers
- Export documents : EX1 and Exit Certificate (send by E-Mail to customer-service-2@surplex.com)
