The documents should be filled in properly and contain all relevant information.
EU Buyers
Option 1
- CMR, signed and stamped by the buyer in box 24. (copy)
- Transport invoice
- Entry Certificate (this document can be requested to customer-service-3@surplex.com )
Option 2
- CMR, signed and stamped by the buyer in box 24. (copy)
- Transport invoice
- Bank Transfer (payment proof in relation to the transport invoice)
Non - EU Buyers
- Export documents : EX1 and Exit Certificate
If Surplex has organized the transport, please ask the requirements to the team.
